Data is refreshed automatically at the end of each Calendar month from XERO
We access mainly organisation settings including payitems, payroll & also employee information. We only integrate with the payroll side of the XERO APIs, and not accounting etc.
Once logged in as an admin, there is a payroll settings option in the left hand side menu. There is a action button here to disconnect from XERO
Yes, we maintain complete logs of all calls from and to XERO within our cloud log groups
